RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Under EU and Irish consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the date they receive their order.
This policy explains how you can return products, how refunds are processed, and the conditions under which items are accepted.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions
Once you notify us of withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Returned items must be:

A copy of your invoice or order confirmation must be included in the return parcel.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened packages

Damaged, soiled, or altered items

Products not in original packaging

Partially used nutrition products

Items returned incomplete
If a returned item does not meet these requirements, we may refuse the refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will:

Confirm whether the items are eligible

Issue a refund within 14 days

Refund the product value only (return shipping costs are not refunded)
Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery of returned goods.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items
If you receive:

A damaged product

A package with missing items
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
After verification, if we are at fault:

We cover the cost of return shipping

We send the correct/fault-free product at no additional cost
7. Abusive Returns
If a customer repeatedly returns products in poor condition, outside policy requirements, or for reasons not protected under EU consumer law, Briteshopper Limited reserves the right to refuse future orders.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Perishable goods

Sealed nutrition products once opened

Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
This includes gels, powders, bars, supplements, and any consumable product.
